Privacy Policy — Bounce Cubes

Bounce Cubes is a cartoon arena shooter for web, iOS, and Android. Website: https://bouncecubes.com. Operator contact: dev@bouncecubes.com.

Data we collect

• Guest ID — a random identifier stored on your device so cosmetics and stats persist. It is not a real-world identity.
• Display name — the name you type. Filtered for length and abusive words.
• Gameplay stats — kills, deaths, XP, coins, cosmetics, local high scores.
• Online play only — guest ID, name, cosmetic, inputs, and match results are sent to the multiplayer server on Railway so the match can run. The server also sees your IP address as part of a normal internet connection.

We do not collect

• Precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera
• Advertising IDs, analytics SDKs, or crash-reporting vendors
• Payment cards (cosmetics use in-game coins only)
• Chat messages (there is no chat)

Third parties

• Railway hosts the Colyseus multiplayer server (bounce-cubes-mp-production.up.railway.app). Used only when you tap ONLINE.
• Apple / Google process store downloads under their own policies.
• Vercel may host this website and these legal pages.

Your choices

• Play LOCAL and never connect to Railway.
• Change your display name in Settings.
• Tap RESET DATA in Settings to wipe local progress and ask the server to drop your guest ID from the live leaderboard.
• Uninstall the app to remove remaining on-device storage.
• Email dev@bouncecubes.com to request deletion of a guest ID you still have.

Children

Bounce Cubes is a general-audience game (cartoon combat, no blood, no chat). If you are under the age required by your store, play only with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Retention

Local data stays on the device until you reset or uninstall. Online leaderboard rows are kept on the Railway server to show rankings and may be cleared when the server restarts or when you request deletion.
